Our Founder

Tiffany Mazza, Founder and Lead Job Developer, brings extensive experience across job development, job coaching, Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS), special education, and program development. Based in Northern Nevada, Tiffany has spent her career supporting individuals with disabilities, students, families, and community partners through inclusive, strengths-based services.

Tiffany has worked in a variety of roles including Job Developer, Job Coach, Pre-ETS Instructor, Special Education Teacher, Program Analyst, and Training Supervisor. Her background includes direct service delivery, curriculum development, staff training, employer engagement, and cross-system collaboration with vocational rehabilitation counselors, educators, service providers, employers, and families. She is known for her ability to design individualized supports that bridge education, employment, and life skills.

With advanced education in business management and psychology, along with professional licensure in special education and certification in supported employment through ACRE, Tiffany combines practical experience with strong systems knowledge to deliver high-quality, compliant, and impactful services. Her approach is compassionate, organized, and outcomes-focused—always centered on empowering individuals to make informed choices and achieve lasting success.
